Job Description:

Position: Telemarketing Manager needed for a construction company.

Location: Encino, CA

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday OR Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Duties:
1. Recruit telemarketers.
2. Check dialer and monitor calls.
3. Manage a room of telemarketers.
4. Confirmations.

Job Requirements:

1. 1+ year experience as a Telemarketing Manager in the construction field.
2. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
3. Detail-oriented and organized.
4. Must have telemarketing experience.
5. Energetic, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and a quick learner.
6. Spanish is a plus.

Pay: $1,500 per week plus bonuses.

Salary:

$1,500 per week plus bonuses.
