Job Description:

Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns.
Write detailed repair orders and explain services.
Communicate with technicians about needed repairs.
Provide accurate estimates and timelines.
Follow up with customers during and after service.
Maintain records and ensure customer
satisfaction.
Help increase shop sales through excellent service and upselling when appropriate.

Job Requirements:

Must speak both English and Spanish.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Experience in auto repair
Basic computer skills (POS systems, typing).
Friendly, organized, and reliable.
Good communication and teamwork

Compensation Includes:
