Job Description:

• Handle inbound leads from Angi, HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack, etc. (NO cold calling!)
• Book and confirm appointments with homeowners
• Follow up with clients and keep track of projects through to completion
• Use our CRM system, Google Sheets, and other office tools
• Help coordinate between our sales team and construction crews
• Assist with day-to-day admin and office duties
• Contribute ideas to improve lead generation and marketing
• Track lead performance and suggest smarter strategies

Job Requirements:

• Must have prior experience in construction or home improvement
• Strong background in office/admin support and lead handling
• Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Sheets, and lead platforms
• Highly organized, dependable, and self-driven
• Great communicator, team player, and problem-solver
