Part-Time Bookkeeper Wanted - La Puente, CA

Job Description:

Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
Initiate and oversee the collections process
Prepare and file mechanic’s liens as needed for unpaid work
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Collaborate with management to improve cash flow and collections efficiency
Job Requirements:

Proven bookkeeping experience (3+ years preferred)
Strong knowledge of lien laws and procedures, specifically mechanic’s liens in California
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience in the construction, landscaping, or property maintenance industry is a plus
Salary: $20-23/hr.
