HR Meat Trimmer Position Available - Vernon, CA

Job Description:

Trim, clean, slice, and cut raw meat to prepare for packing.
Uses knives and other equipment to perform trimming.
Sharpen and clean knives as needed and use personal protective equipment to ensure safety.
Verify that each item meets the quality standards of the company.
Rotate to other job duties in the department depending on needs.
Ability to work with cold materials in a cold environment.
Follow all safety regulations and support others in working safely.

Job Requirements:

Consistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of position.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work weekends and OT
Ability to lift 60lbs without any restrictions.
Must be able to work in a cold environment 30-35 degrees (up to 10 degrees in freezer)
Able to stand and perform manual lifting.
Schedule & Pay:

Scheduled: Mon-Fri 4AM-12:30PM (OT if needed)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
