HANDYMAN NEEDED FULL TIME WITH PAINTING EXPERIENCE - LOS ANGELES, CA

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced handyman. While most of your work will be in household repairs, it’s a definite plus if you have specialized experience in addition in any of the following areas: flooring, Plumbing, Painting, and Electrical.

We are looking for someone initially to work full time approx. 35 to 40 hours per week.

Experience working in apartment maintenance a definite plus. Bilingual preferred Spanish .

Pay rate range depending on experience between $22-27 per hour.

Job Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation! We have job locations all over Los Angeles County but most job sites will be in Hollywood, West Hollywood and West Los Angeles areas. Sometimes in the San Fernando Valley. Must be willing to travel.

Must have own tools!

Salary:

$22 - $27 per hour
