Embroidery Operator Needed - Santa Ana, CA

Job Description:

• Set up and operate embroidery machines to complete orders accurately and on time
• Read and interpret embroidery work orders, ensuring correct thread colors and placements
• Hoop garments and monitor machines during operation
• Perform regular maintenance on machines (e.g., threading, tension adjustments, minor troubleshooting)
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and rework as needed
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe

Job Requirements:

• Previous embroidery or sewing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
