Dispatcher Needed for Concrete Pumping Company - El Monte, CA

Job Description:

Job Description: Dispatchers will take orders from customers and then will enter the orders into Pump Magic (computer software) then write onto our hard copy schedule. Dispatchers will communicate with operators periodically to make sure operators have made it to their jobs on time, when operator is washing out, and to give them their next days work (time, address, amount of yards, amount of hose, and mix) Will communicate with ready mix companies to confirm mixes/and or book concrete. Will follow up with customers using Microsoft Outlook reminders, field phone calls as they come in.

Availability: Early/Mid-mornings shift. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Location: El Monte, CA (in person)

Job Requirements:

Good customer service and communication skills a must, Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook / Google Drive /
Previous experience in the construction, concrete pumping industry PREFERRED!
