Job Description:

This is a full-time role for a Construction Salesperson at ATP Development & Construction The Construction Salesperson will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. They will also coordinate with the in-house team for project management and provide excellent customer service to clients. This role is primarily based in Pasadena, CA, with flexibility for remote work.

Job Requirements:

Sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the construction industry and processes
Ability to understand and interpret blueprints and construction contracts
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems
Prior experience in construction sales or real estate is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field
Very strong in English speaking and writing
