Clerk Needed - Woodland Hills, CA

Job Description:

Perform general administrative and clerical duties
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing
Operate basic office equipment (copiers, scanners, fax machines, printers)
Assist in print shop-related tasks such as preparing, printing, and binding documents
Maintain organized files and records (digital and physical)
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative, mailroom, or print shop role preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (if assisting in mailroom/print shop)
Punctuality and reliability are a must
High school diploma or equivalent

Work Environment:

Fast-paced office environment
Early start hours: 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Team-oriented culture with opportunities to assist across departments
