Organizing, distributing or tracking mail according to departmental procedures - Ensure delivery, preparation, and scanning of correspondence. - Ensure labeling and packaging for outgoing post. - Arrange for deliveries with delivery companies such as FedEx. - Forward misdirected mail - General clerical duties - hours 8-5 Monday - Friday - Pay 20.00 per hour |
