Job Description:

Greet customers promptly, assess their automotive service needs, and create detailed service orders.
Clearly communicate customer concerns and vehicle issues to technicians, ensuring accurate diagnosis and efficient repair.
Provide professional estimates for repair costs and timelines, maintaining transparent communication throughout the repair process.
Regularly update customers on the status of their vehicles, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional customer care.
Handle administrative tasks, including documentation, invoicing, and managing appointments effectively.
Upsell additional services appropriately, based on customer needs and vehicle assessments.

Job Requirements:

Prior experience as an automotive service writer, advisor, or similar role required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in automotive repair terminology and services.
Familiarity with automotive service management software preferred.
Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Professional and friendly demeanor.
