Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Vacation Rental - Hollywood Hills, CA

This is a unique opportunity to stay at this unique Hills house, available only for a limited time. Located on a private road in the Hollywood Hills, the specious 1960's architectural house includes a ballroom, heated pool, three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an elaborate collection of art, and two friendly cats.

This is a perfect spot to relax by the pool in a lush and private environment between the endless activities the surrounding areas of Hollywood and Beverly Hills have to offer. The house comes with all essentials, easy parking space and much privacy.

The house is only available between September 21st and October 20th. Minimum 14 nights' stay with a check-in no later than September 26th.
The house comes with two cats. Guest will be responsible to keep cats inside the house and refill their food and water sources.
We will only rent to upstanding people in their community - this will be verified by holding a public job position or public social presence.
Rates: $250/night, $300 refundable deposit, $200 cleaning fee.
