This is a very comfortable house with a very relaxing back patio located in a very safe and nice neighborhood in Winnetka, 5 mins from Pierce College and 10 mins from CSUN. I am looking for a professional and responsible individual to rent, the bedroom is private with a shared bathroom. This bedroom has a very spacious with tall double mirror doors closet and a full size bed. Must be ok with dogs, I have 2 small dogs. One person only no visitors. Bathroom is shared with 2 other male tenants. No inside smoking or vaping, no drugs, no alcohol abuse, no drama.
