Looking for someone to replace my outgoing roommate in a 2-bed/2-bath unit in the North Hollywood Arts District (off Magnolia and Vineland). Available for move-in as early as 7/1 (pending an application to my building). Ideally, seeking people that are willing to commit to a 12-month lease. Room is open to people of all genders, pet friendly (though I am allergic to some cat breeds), andthe  space is LGBTQ+ friendly!

Rent is $1650/month + monthly utilities (ideally split 50/50 but open to negotiating on that), as well as a $375 deposit due on move-in. Unit amenities include a balcony, dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, and central AC/Heat. Unit is on the top floor of the building and is about 950 sq ft total. Bedroom comes with small walk-in closet and private bathroom. Room will be unfurnished on move-in (most of the attached pictures are from my initial move-in).

Building amenities include off-street parking (with a spot RIGHT next one of the building’s elevators), gym, pool, and a clubhouse + communal workspace. Building is also walking distance from restaurants, bars, theaters, gyms, a Ralphs and an Amazon Fresh, and the end of the Red Line if you’re a Metro user!

As for a little bit about myself, I'm 29, male, a media coordinator for a production company, and I love all things entertainment, from movies, to television, to video games, to theatre, to anime (if you like One Piece, we’ll get along). I’m a little introverted, but always up for new things!
